Aubergine with Ginger and Chilli2014-08-19

Sweet and sticky vegetarian delight or great side dish.
- 5 small to medium aubergines, halved
- 2 red chillies, finely sliced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoon(s) honey
- 1 teaspoon(s) olive oil to brush
Cut 5 aubergines in half and brush with olive oil. Melt honey, ginger and chilli. Simmer for one minute. Grill on the braai and baste frequently with the honey glaze. Serve with lemon wedges.
