Light, elegant and simple to make!
- 12 baguette slices
- 4 ripe avocados
- 150 grams feta cheese, cut into crumbly chunks
- basil leaves
Preheat the oven to 180°C fan/Gas 5. Lay the slices of sourdough on a baking tray and drizzle with olive oil.
Place in the hot oven for 10 minutes to crisp up, turn off the oven and allow the toasts to cool in the oven for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven, allow to cool completely.
Top the toast with avocado slices, add feta and drizzle with olive oil.
Season with salt and pepper and serve.
