Ingredients

  • 30 asparagus spears
  • 15 rashers rindless streaky bacon

Method

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Wash asparagus and pat dry. Trim ends if needed.

Step 2

Wrap one rindless streaky bacon rasher around two asparagus spears and place on a foil or lined baking tray. Repeat with the rest.

Step 3

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the bacon is crisp. Serve immediately.
