Bacon & Cherry Tomato Pasta2017-05-03

- 450g fettuccine
- 2 tbsps olive oil
- 250g Garfunkels Streaky Bacon, chopped
- Punnet mixed cherry tomatoes
- Lots of pepper
- Cheddar cheese, grated
Bring a large pot of water to a boil, salt it, add 450g fettuccine and cook until al dente, then drain. In a pan heat 2 tbsps olive oil over medium heat.
Add 250g chopped bacon and cook until crisp, 3 to 4 minutes. Stir in some mixed cherry tomatoes, garlic, thyme and lots of pepper.
Toss the pasta with the bacon and tomatoes and some grated Ched- dar cheese. Serve in shallow bowls.
