A mouthwatering and easy recipe that the kids will love.
- 1 cup bacon, cooked and chopped
- 2 cups mashed potato
- 1/2 cup peas
- 1 egg, beaten
- salt & freshly ground black pepper
Mix together the bacon, mashed potato, peas and egg. Season with salt and pepper and roll into patties. Chill them for 30 minutes before heating a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and lightly frying. Cook for 3 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for the same time on the other side. Serve with seasonal vegetables.
