These delectable morsels are quick and easy to make. Soft prunes are wrapped with bacon and served warm.
- 12 pitted soft prunes
- 12 cocktail sticks
- 6 rashers streaky bacon, cut in half
Preheat oven to 230°C. Lay a strip of bacon on a board, place a dried prune at the beginning edge of bacon strip. Roll, wrapping it tightly around the dried prune until end of strip.
Using a toothpick, pierce through centre of wrapped prune to secure it in place.
Bake it for about 15 minutes or until bacon is slightly crispy on both sides. Turn the rolls the other side halfway through cooking. Serve warm.
