Ingredients

  • 60g vanilla yoghurt
  • 1 banana
  • 30g raw cashews
  • 125ml milk
  • 1 tsp cocoa
  • 3 dates, pitted

Method

Step 1

Blend the cashews until they are ground. Add the banana, yoghurt, cocoa, dates and milk. Blend until smooth.
