- 225g fettuccine
- 1⁄4 tsp sea salt
- 1 onion, sliced
- 225g sirloin beef, cut into thick strips
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 100g cherry tomatoes, halved
- fresh oregano leaves for garnish
Cook fettuccine al dent according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
In a large non-stick pan on medium, add the onion and garlic and fry for 2 minutes. Add the beef strips and fry for another 3-4 more minutes or until strips are cooked through, turning occasionally. Add the cherry tomatoes and fettuccine and toss. Divide among 4 plates and garnish with fresh oregano.
