Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana, sliced
- 1 tbsps almond or peanut butter
- 160ml milk
- 150g fresh raspberries
- chia and pumpkin seeds and pomegranate to garnish
Method
Step 1
Place the banana, almond or peanut butter, milk and fresh raspberries in blender and blend for 30 seconds or until completely smooth. Top with pumpkin, chia and pomegranate seeds and serve.
