Berry Yoghurt Lollies2017-10-30

- 100g fresh or frozen raspberries
- 100g fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 tbsp honey
- 680g vanilla yoghurt
- 60g pistachios, finely chopped
In small mixing bowl mash the berries. Drizzle on the honey and mix together.
In paper cups, layer alternating spoonfuls of yoghurt and fruit until full. Sprinkle the chopped pistachios over each lolly. Place lolly stick or plastic spoon in each cup. Freeze.
When ready to serve, tear paper cup off lollies. Serve over a tray of ice cubes to keep cool.
