Berry & Yoghurt Lollies2016-02-25

- 2 cups plain yoghurt
- 3⁄4 cup raspberries
- 3⁄4 cup blueberries
- 1 tbsp orange zest
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
In a food processor, pulse the berries and orange zest along with 1⁄4 cup sugar. Pour a bit of yoghurt into the tip of each lolly mould and then a layer of chunky berry mixture. Alternate dollops of yoghurt and berries until the moulds are filled.
With a knife or small spatula, carefully swirl yoghurt and berries within the mould in a gentle up and down motion, being careful not to over mix.
Insert lolly sticks and freeze for 3-4 hours.
