Boerewors Braai Snackers

  • 800g Good quality Boerewors cut into 5cm pieces
  • 10ml Robertsons Crushed Chillies
  • 10ml Robertsons Mixed Herbs
  • 200g Cheddar Cheese or Mozzarella Cheese, sliced
  • 200g Streaky Bacon
  • 1 Onion peeled and cut into chunks


Step 1

the way through. Place a piece of cheese in the slit and sprinkle with Robertsons Crushed Chillies and Mixed Herbs.

Step 2

Wrap a piece of bacon around the wors to seal the cheese in. Secure with a tooth pick.

Step 3

Braai over medium coals until cooked through and golden brown and crispy.

Step 4

Serve warm straight off the braai.
