Braised Lamb with Lemon and Salt

Ingredients
- 1 Deboned leg of lamb butterflied
- 60ml Olive oil
- 10ml Robertsons Mint
- 10ml Robertsons Thyme
- 10ml Robertsons Rosemary
- 15 ml Robertsons Paprika
- 10 ml Robertsons Cumin
- 1 Fresh Lemon Juice
- Robertsons Atlantic sea salt
Method
Step 1
Mix the olive oil, herbs and cumin. Rub over the lamb and allow to marinate for about an hour.
Step 2
Remove the Lamb from marinade and braai on an oiled grid over medium to hot coals for about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Step 3
Remove from braai and rest the meat for 5 minutes before squeezing fresh lemon juice over it and grinding Robertsons Atlantic sea salt over the top.
Step 4
Serve immediately.
