Kebabs are quick to cook, easy to marinate and also economical if threaded with seasonal vegetables.
- 1 teaspoon(s) paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) chilli powder
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon(s) oregano
- 1 teaspoon(s) thyme
- 2 tablespoon(s) soy sauce
- juice of 1 lime
- 6 skinless chicken breasts, cubed
Combine all the marinade ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Add to the chicken and mix well; making sure all the chicken is coated. Place in the fridge for one hour.
Thread the chicken on the skewers. You want about 5-6 pieces of chicken on each kebab. Repeat until you have used all the chicken.
To cook pre heat a grill and cook for 6-8 minutes turning half way through.
Remove and allow to rest for a couple of minutes, making sure the chicken is fully cooked.
