Red peppers are the belle of the ball at any buffet table. Crisp and incredibly sweet, these ladies in red are an easy sell to anyone who is not fond of vegetables.
Place chicken in a large bowl. Add lemon, olive oil, rosemary, salt and pepper. Let marinate at least one hour and up to overnight.
Cut peppers into 3cm pieces. Cut baby marrow into 1cm thick slices.
Soak bamboo skewers for 30 minutes before grilling.
Skewer chicken and vegetables, alternating chicken and vegetables. Grill until done.

- 500 grams boneless chicken breast, cut into 3cm cubes
- 2 lemons
- 1/4 cup(s) extra virgin olive oil
- 4 sprigs rosemary
- salt and freshly ground pepper
- 3 red peppers
- 3 baby marrows
