- 6 chicken pieces
- 1 cup(s) beer
- 2 chicken stock cubes
- 310 grams can tomato supreme
- 1 cup(s) white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon(s) Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon(s) paprika
- 1 tablespoon(s) tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon(s) brown sugar
Place chicken in pan, add crumbled stocked cubes, cover with hot water, bring to boil, reduce heat, simmer, uncovered 15 minutes; drain.
Combine tomato supreme, beer, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, tomato paste and brown sugar in a bowl, add chicken.
Marinate several hours or overnight, turning occasionally.
Braai the chicken, brushing frequently with marinade until golden brown.
