Ingredients

  • 1 kilo(s) chicken breast fillets
  • 1/4 cup(s) light soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon(s) mirin
  • 3 tablespoon(s) sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon(s) sesame seeds

Method

Step 1

Cut chicken into 32 long thin slices; thread each slice on a skewer.

Step 2

Cook, in batches, on heated oiled grill plate/grill/braai until chicken is browned all over and cooked through.

Step 3

Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in small bowl.

Step 4

Serve chicken hot with sauce.
