- 1 kilo(s) chicken breast fillets
- 1/4 cup(s) light soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon(s) mirin
- 3 tablespoon(s) sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon(s) sesame seeds
Cut chicken into 32 long thin slices; thread each slice on a skewer.
Cook, in batches, on heated oiled grill plate/grill/braai until chicken is browned all over and cooked through.
Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in small bowl.
