  • 1 handful fresh basil

  • 2 teaspoon(s) olive oil
  • 1 pinch(es) salt and ground pepper to taste
  • 1/2 red onion sliced

Method

Step 1

Rinse and drain chickpeas. In a bowl, combine chickpeas with tomatoes, feta, basil, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and a pinch of pepper.
