- 2 avocados
- 1⁄4 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 tomato, finely chopped
- 1 red chilli, finely chopped
- 1⁄2 lime, juiced
- 1 tbsp fresh coriander, finely chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Mash avocados, red onion, tomato, chilli, fresh coriander, and lime juice in together, until the avocados reach a chunky texture.
Add in salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Serve immediately.
