Elevate your fried eggs with some oriental flavours, using oyster sauce, spring onions and chilli. If you like oriental foods, you’ll love this delicious Chinese breakfast!
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- small pinch ground white pepper
- 2 spring onions, finely sliced
- 1-2 red or green chillies, finely sliced
Heat the oil in a hot wok until the surface seems to shimmer slightly. Crack the eggs into the wok and fry for 1 minute, basting the yolk continually with the hot oil.
Carefully slide a spatula under the eggs, and lift out of the wok. Drizzle eggs with oyster sauce and garnish with pepper, spring onions and chillies.
