Everyone loves a great dip. During the holidays there will be plenty of opportunities for having family and friends over.
Ingredients
- 400g can whole peeled tomatoes
- 280g tomato, finely diced
- 1 green chilli, finely diced
- 30g onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 jalapeño, de-seeded, quartered and sliced thinly
- 30g coriander
- Juice from 1⁄2 a fresh lime
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp sugar
- 1/8 tsp ground cumin
Method
Step 1
Add all ingredients to a food processor. Pulse until you get desired consistency (about 10 pulses). Refrigerate for at least one hour, and then serve with your favourite crisps or tortilla chips.
