Romantic and easy to make

Ingredients

  • 100 grams Good quality dark chocolate
  • 500 grams Strawberries, washed and dried
  • 100g milk chocolate
  • 100g white chocolate

Method

Step 1

Place dark chocolate in a heat-proof bowl over a saucepan half-filled with simmering water (make sure the base of the bowl doesn't touch the water) and stir occasionally with a metal spoon until chocolate melts. Transfer to a serving bowl. Repeat with milk chocolate and white chocolate and place in serving bowls.

Step 2

Place chocolate and strawberries on a serving platter and serve immediately.
