The ideal festive sweet or dessert for Christmas. Make this no bake treat in December for parties or homemade gifts for friends and family.
- 340g chocolate chips
- 410g condensed milk
- 1 tbsp butter
- 260g peanuts
- 280g marshmallows, chopped
Line a baking tray with tin foil, letting ends extend over sides by 2cm. Grease the foil with butter; set aside.
In a large saucepan, combine the chocolate chips, condensed milk and butter. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture is smooth. Remove from the heat and stir in peanuts.
Place the marshmallows in a large bowl; add the chocolate mixture and stir well. Spread into prepared pan. Sprinkle with additional peanuts and marshmallows. Refrigerate until firm.
Using foil, lift fudge out of pan. Cut into 4cm squares.
