Everyone has their favourite part of a traditional roast, and stuffing is always a favourite at the festive table. Nothing gives the turkey more flavour than a delicious, punchy stuffing.
- 150 grams chicken liver
- 150 grams sausage meat
- 90 grams bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon(s) chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon(s) sage and mint
- 2 eggs
- salt and pepper
- 60 grams almonds, chopped
- 90 grams raisins and sultanas
- 120 grams diced apples and pears
- 30 grams Plain Flour
Blend minced liver and sausage meat with crumbs, our and beaten eggs.
Then add nuts, fruits, herbs and seasoning.
Stuff the bird.
