Everyone has their favourite part of a traditional roast, and stuffing is always a favourite at the festive table. Nothing gives the turkey more flavour than a delicious, punchy stuffing.

Ingredients

  • 150 grams chicken liver
  • 150 grams sausage meat
  • 90 grams bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon(s) chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon(s) sage and mint
  • 2 eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • 60 grams almonds, chopped
  • 90 grams raisins and sultanas
  • 120 grams diced apples and pears
  • 30 grams Plain Flour

Method

Step 1

Blend minced liver and sausage meat with crumbs, our and beaten eggs.

Step 2

Then add nuts, fruits, herbs and seasoning.

Step 3

Stuff the bird.
