The original Cointreau Fizz with a cucumber twist.

Ingredients

  • 50 mL Cointreau
  • 1/2 fresh lime
  • 100 mL soda water

Method

Step 1

Into the glass squeeze the wedges of 1⁄2 lime, fill the glass with ice and add Cointreau and top off with soda water.

Step 2

Garnish with a lime wedge and fresh cucumber.
