A sumptuous combination with a little boozy kick!
- 1 cup(s) condensed milk
- 600 mL thickened cream
- 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla essence
- 150 grams plain chocolate biscuits, roughly chopped
- 2 tablespoon(s) Baileys
Place the condensed milk, cream and vanilla in a mixing bowl. beat on high speed using the electric beaters for 7 minutes, or until very thick and creamy.
Combine biscuit pieces and Baileys. Add to cream mix and stir gently.
Pour mix into a freezer-proof container and freeze for at least 3 hours.
