Ingredients
- 500g spaghetti
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic
- 250g mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tbsp oil
- 125ml milk
- 375ml water
- 1 tbsp butter
- 125ml KNORR Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 200g spinach, chopped
- 4 tbsps Parmesan cheese, grated
Method
Step 1
Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Set aside. Fry the onions, garlic and mushrooms in oil for 5 minutes. Add the milk, water and butter into the saucepan and bring to the boil.
Step 2
Add the KNORR Cream of Mushroom Soup contents and cook on high for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in the spinach and simmer for a further 3 minutes.
Step 3
Serve sprinkled with Parmesan Cheese.
