- 1 cup cooking oil
- 2 tbsps mixed herbs
- 5 large potatoes, chopped
- 60g sachet Cream of chicken soup
- 1 tsp salt
Boil the potatoes for 10-15 minutes and add salt. Drain in a colander.
Preheat the oil in a saucepan.
Mix the potatoes with mixed herbs and deep fry in the saucepan until they are golden brown.
Prepare Cream of Chicken Soup in cold water and bring to the boil for 8 minutes.
Pour the soup in the sauce and garnish with herbs. Serve warm.
