A delicious addition to your festive table.
- 1kg baby potatoes
- 30ml sunflower oil
- 15ml Knorr Roasted Vegetables Veggie Bake
- sprigs of fresh rosemary
Preheat oven to 200C.
Place potatoes into a pot of cold water and bring to the boil then reduce the heat and allow to simmer for 10-15 minutes or until tender.
Drain the potatoes and allow to cool slightly then using a sharp knife carefully trim across the width of half of the potatoes so that they are able to sit flush on a surface (these will form the base of your potato trees).
In a bowl combine the oil and KNORR Roasted Vegetable Bake. Add the potatoes and toss well to coat.
Place one potato on top of the other (using the cut potatoes to form the base of your trees) and secure with a toothpick.
Lightly grease an oven tray and carefully place the potato trees onto the oven tray.
Bake for 10 minutes or until golden and crispy then insert the sprigs of rosemary through the top of each potato (this will hide the toothpick).
