- 4 flaky, buttery croissants, halved lengthwise
- 8 slices of premium bacon, fried and drained
- 4 large lettuce leaves
- 1 large tomato, thinly sliced
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1⁄4 cup mayonnaise
Butter and top each croissant with a lettuce leaf, 3 slices of premium bacon and tomato slices. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Spread a layer of mayonnaise on the top half of each croissant and place on top of the sandwich. Serve immediately.
