A soft and juicy easy recipe to make. Great for the whole family.
- 8 Chicken Drumsticks, skinned
- 1 teaspoon(s) Curry Powder
- 2 teaspoon(s) Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 cup(s) Plain Yoghurt
- 1 cup(s) Plain Bread Crumbs
Combine in a shallow dish, curry powder, mustard and yoghurt, mix well.
Coat drumsticks in mixture before rolling in breadcrumbs.
Place on a plate in fridge for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease and oven-proof dish.
Place drumsticks in dish and bake turning once or twice.
Bake for approximately 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and crumb is golden and crisp.
