Get a double dose of fruit, blueberries are rich in are rich in vitamin C, A, copper, selenium, zinc, iron, B complex and vitamin E.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup apple or berry juice
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 cup strawberries
- 125g vanilla or strawberry yoghurt
Method
Step 1
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth and enjoy! Add juice or milk to reach the desired consistency.
