Granadillas have a sweet-tart fresh flavour, and are known worldwide as a natural dessert on their own. They contain Vitamins A, C, and K, Phosphorus, Iron, and Calcium. The fruit is usually cracked open and the pulp and seeds are consumed with a spoon. They can also be used in cold drinks and sherbets. Granadilla pulp also freezes well if you have an excess of them!
