This marinade is your secret weapon for these grilled chicken wings.
- 900g chicken wings
- 2-3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
- 2 teaspoons grated root ginger
Pat wings very dry with paper towels.
Combine the garlic, soy sauce, honey, tomato ketchup and ginger together. Brush the chicken wings with the mixture. Leave to marinate in refrigerator for 2 hours. Grill for 8-10 minutes or until golden, turn the chicken once during cooking. Serve hot or cold.
Transfer wings to a platter. Season with salt, pepper and extra herbs and serve immediately.
