Ingredients

  • 5 peaches, sliced
  • 2 tbsps lime juice
  • 200ml soda water
  • 1 rosemary sprig
  • 30ml gin

Method

Step 1

In a blender, purée the lime juice and sliced peaches together. Add in the soda water and gin. Pour into glass. Top with ice, rosemary sprig and garnish with a peach slice.
