Ingredients

  • 60ml bourbon whiskey
  • 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1⁄2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • ice cubes, for serving

Method

Step 1

Pour the whiskey, lemon juice, ginger, and sugar into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Strain into a chilled cocktail or sour glass and add rosemary sprig and lemon wedge. Serve.
