- 30ml freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
- 2 tbsp honey
- 90ml sparkling wine or Prosecco, chilled
- rosemary & grapefruit slices to garnish
Add the grapefruit juice to a champagne flute and top with sparkling wine or Prosecco. Garnish with fresh rosemary and grapefruit.
