Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas, sliced
  • 60g baby spinach
  • 245g plain Greek yoghurt
  • 1 kiwi peeled
  • 30g fresh mint
  • 5cm piece ginger, quartered
  • 2 tbsp flax seed meal
  • several scoops ice
  • chopped nuts, fresh kiwi and mint for garnish

Method

Step 1

Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and purée until thick and creamy. Add more ice to reach desired consistency.

Step 2

Add to a bowl and garnish with fresh kiwis, chopped nuts and mint.
