Ingredients
- 2 frozen bananas, sliced
- 60g baby spinach
- 245g plain Greek yoghurt
- 1 kiwi peeled
- 30g fresh mint
- 5cm piece ginger, quartered
- 2 tbsp flax seed meal
- several scoops ice
- chopped nuts, fresh kiwi and mint for garnish
Method
Step 1
Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and purée until thick and creamy. Add more ice to reach desired consistency.
Step 2
Add to a bowl and garnish with fresh kiwis, chopped nuts and mint.
