- 230ml mint ice cream, softened
- 230ml plain yoghurt
- 80g castor sugar
- 4 tbsps powdered matcha green tea
- chocolate sauce, to serve
Mix the ice cream, yoghurt and sugar until well combined. Sift over the matcha powder. Mix again to incorporate.
Spoon the mixture into lolly moulds up to about 1cm from the top and cap with the provided handles.
Freeze pops for at least 3 hours. Serve drizzled with chocolate sauce.
