Green Tea & Mint Lollies

  • 230ml mint ice cream, softened
  • 230ml plain yoghurt
  • 80g castor sugar
  • 4 tbsps powdered matcha green tea
  • chocolate sauce, to serve


Step 1

Mix the ice cream, yoghurt and sugar until well combined. Sift over the matcha powder. Mix again to incorporate.

Step 2

Spoon the mixture into lolly moulds up to about 1cm from the top and cap with the provided handles.

Step 3

Freeze pops for at least 3 hours. Serve drizzled with chocolate sauce.
