Ingredients
- 2 tbsps olive oil
- 1 tbsps chopped garlic
- 60ml white-wine vinegar
- chopped thyme
- 1 tsp salt
- 1⁄2 tsp pepper
- chicken breasts
Method
Step 1
In a large baking dish, whisk together 2 tbsps olive oil, 1 tbsps chopped garlic, 60ml white-wine vinegar, chopped thyme, 1 tsp salt and 1⁄2 tsp pepper. Add four chicken breasts; turn several times to coat. Let marinate at room temperature 10 minutes and up to 30 minutes.
Step 2
Lift chicken from marinade and grill until browned and cooked through, 2 to 3 minutes per side. Remove from grill. Serve with roast baby potatoes, steamed asparagus and lemon wedges.
