Grilled Chicken Wrap

  • 6 Chicken Breasts
  • 50 mL Olive Oil
  • 6 Tortilla Wraps
  • 1 Head lettuce, chopped
  • 2 Tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 Red Onion, sliced
  • 1/4 cup(s) Grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and Pepper


Step 1

Heat grill on medium high heat. Line the baking tray with tin foil and drizzle with olive oil. Lay the chicken breasts out evenly. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place the chicken under the grill until golden brown, turning frequently.

Step 2

When your chicken is cooked, take it out the oven and place it on a clean plate. Cover it with tin foil and let it rest for about 5 minutes.

Step 3

Lay your tortillas out flat. Top with chopped lettuce, red onions and tomatoes. Sprinkle on some grated Parmesan Cheese.

Step 4

Slice the warm chicken into strips and add to tortillas. Drizzle with Caesar Dressing and roll them up.

Step 5

Slice them in half and serve immediately.
