Grilled Peach Salad

This sweet and salty salad celebrates the warm days of summer.


  • 3 peaches, halved
  • 150g rocket
  • 120g feta cheese, crumbled
  • 95g pecan nuts, roughly chopped
  • 100ml olive oil
  • 2 tbsps white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper


Step 1

Preheat grill to high or prepare the braai. Place peaches, cut sides down, on oiled grates; grill, uncovered, until well charred, about 4 minutes, turning to grill on all sides.

Step 2

Toss together peaches, rocket, feta, and pecans in a large bowl.

Step 3

Whisk together olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, mustard, honey, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl until well combined. Drizzle vinaigrette over rocket; toss to combine and serve.
