Grilled Peaches with Parma Ham and Feta2014-09-10

A sublime way to use up a glut of peaches in November.
- 3 peaches, sliced into wedges
- 100 grams feta, cubed
- 100 grams Parma Ham
- 1 tablespoon(s) olive oil
- 2 tablespoon(s) honey
Drizzle peach wedges with olive oil and grill in a griddle pan, until scored nicely on either side. Make sure you do not overcook them.
Wrap each peach wedge with a strip of parma ham and feta cube. Garnish with a rosemary sprig and drizzle with honey glaze.
Honey Glaze: Gently heat ingredients together.
