- 225g cream cheese, softened
- 8 flour tortillas
- 140g spinach, trimmed
- 450g deli ham, thinly sliced
- 200g cherry tomatoes, quartered
Spread cream cheese over tortillas and top with spinach leaves then meat slices.
Roll up tightly swiss-roll style and wrap each one in a large piece of wax paper, twisting ends to seal.
Chill at least 2 hours before serving. Unwrap, cut diagonally into 1-inch slices, and serve topped with cherry tomatoes and garnished with fresh herbs.
