Serve this legendary North African sauce with just about anything.
- 16 dried red chilli peppers
- 1 teaspoon(s) salt
- 4 tablespoon(s) olive oil
- 2 teaspoon(s) ground coriander
- 2 teaspoon(s) ground caraway seeds
- 1 teaspoon(s) cumin
Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until it’s a fine paste. If storing in the fridge, keep it in a sealed container with a layer of olive oil on top so that it keeps longer.
