Ingredients
- hazelnut squares
- 500ml vanilla ice cream
- 500ml chocolate ripple ice cream
- 55g walnuts, chopped
- FOR THE HOT FUDGE SAUCE
- 45g butter or margarine
- 70g caster sugar
- 55g dark brown sugar
- 55g unsweetened cocoa powder
- 85ml whipping cream
- ⅛ tsp salt
Method
Step 1
For the sauce, put all the ingredients in a saucepan. Cook gently, stirring, until smooth.
Step 2
Put a hazelnut square in each of the 8 glass serving dishes.
Step 3
Top each serving dish with a scoop of each ice cream. Spoon the hot fudge sauce on top. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts and serve immediately.
