- 2kg pork spare ribs
- 1/3 cup tomato sauce
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp soya sauce
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
Trim spare ribs, combine with tomato sauce, honey, Worcestershire sauce, soya sauce and vinegar, mix well, stand for several hours or refrigerate over night.
Braai until tender and golden brown. Can be served with tomato sauce dip.
This honey glaze marinade can also be used on freshly bought beef spare ribs and chicken drumettes, making perfect snacks for your hungry guests.
