There is nothing better than a sticky chicken wing!
- 12 large chicken wings
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
- 1 tablespoon(s) freshly grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon(s) peanut oil
- 1 tablespoon(s) fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon(s) soya sauce
- 1/4 cup(s) honey
- 1 teaspoon(s) sesame seeds (to garnish)
Cut wing tips from chicken, cut wings in half at joint.
Combine chicken in large bowl with garlic and ginger. Heat oil in wok or large frying pan, stir-fry chicken mixture in batches, until chicken is lightly browned.
Return chicken mixture to wok. Add sauces and honey, stir-fry until well coated. Cover wok and cook, stirring occasionally, about 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Serve with a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
