What would the world be without chocolate pudding? Smooth and silky, this chocolate pudding recipe will have you licking the bowl.
- 150g Lindt Excellence 70% Dark Chocolate
- 100ml cream
- 100g butter
- 100g brown sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 50g plain flour
- 40g cocoa powder
- 25g ground almonds
Heat the oven to 200°c.
Melt Lindt Excellence 70% Dark Chocolate over a pan of simmering water, stir in cream and chill in the fridge for 20-30 minutes.
Grease 4 individual pudding moulds with butter.
Beat together sugar and butter, then add the eggs gradually.
Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, and ground almonds and mix.
Half fill the pudding moulds with the mixture, then make a 'well' in the middle of the mixture.
Put 1 teaspoon of the chilled chocolate in the well and top with remaining pudding mixture.
Bake for 10-15 minutes. Serve with cream or ice cream.
