- 1 tablespoon(s) olive oil
- 1 large white onion, chopped finely
- 4 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 1 tablespoon(s) balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon(s) sugar
- 1/2 cup(s) red pesto
- 2 teaspoon(s) sambal oelek
Heat oil in large frying pan, add onion; cook, stirring, until soft.
Add remaining ingredients to pan; simmer, uncovered, about 10 minutes or until tomato is pulpy.
